i didnt try and fight him lol i jus pushed him cus he was being gay, i mean would u seriously jus sit there and say no a bunch of times if i asked you to pick up a cig? since were in front of my work and it looks bad?

because once you shove someone like that it becomes self defense and not about a cig anymore. You started shit over a cig and he could retaliate because that, not because of a cig but because you escalated unreasonably.

I can see in the right context or relationship it would be cool but im talking in general its not cool to do that and with the wrong dude you could get jacked up.
