i'm in india and gear isn't "illegal" here. however, getting non OTC drugs without a prescription is "illegal", although it's NEVER enforced. in any case the law says that if someone buys meds without a prescription, then the "crime" (if you can call it that here lol) is committed not by the guy buying but by the pharmacist so i'm not breaking any law
