Liquid Clenbuterol & Just Taurine??

Hey everyone,

I'm very new to this whole Clenbuterol world. A friend of mine suggested it, so I thought I'd try it out. My basic stats are: Age 27, Height 5'11", 240lbs.

I have yet to take any doses but do have the liquid version in my possession (200mcg/ml). As well I have studied that to get the best results, it should be taken in a 2 week on/2 week off cycle. And each time, ramping up from 20mcg to a max of 100mcg for males. I was only able to find a dropper in .25mL increments to measure. So the 50mcg & 100mcg will be easy to do, but might have do guestimate a bit at the lower doses.

I plan to mix with simple grape juice. Is that ok?

Now I'm not naive. I realize this isn't some kind of miracle drug where I'm gonna have ripped six-pack abs like a bodybuilder. But that's not the reason I'm going to take it. I just need a little help to get myself down to a reasonable weight. Since making the commitment to eating better, not late, and smaller portions I have dropped 15lbs naturally in about 3 months. I do 30-45 minutes of running/elliptical daily with weight training mixed in. I would like to get to 190-200lbs and that's it. Not looking for a Bruce Lee physique.

I have read about the side effects (tremors, nausea, insomnia, etc) and do understand what they entail. My biggest question to this community is whether it is wise for me to take the Clen at this point? I know bodybuilders take it to shed that minuscule excess fat for shows, but how would someone like myself fair?

I don't plan to make Clen a regular part of my life, and am not in any major rush to get it in my body. I would like a bit of a helping hand, but not if it's a major risk to my overall health.

My other major question is that I'm having a heck of a time finding T3 (Cytomel) at any stores (ie GNC) in Vancouver, BC Canada. And I'm extremely hesitant to order online. Can I just take the Clen with 3-5g of Taurine everyday? I'm assuming you continue to take the Taurine even during the 2 week break? I'm just looking to avoid the rebound effect during the Clen hiatus.

This is the cycle I plan to do. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 80mcg
Day 7-9: 100mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg
 
Well I'm on day 4 of my first cycle and I can feel the Clen working. I got a headache the very first day. But I am taking taurine and as of right now haven't had any tremors.

I read in another thread that it does weaken you a bit, and man did I feel it when I was on weights. Could not lift as much as I usually do. But I just worked through it. I"m gonna focus mostly on cardio for this cycle.

Will let you guys know my stats at the end of the 2 weeks. I'm currently at 238lbs.
 
Finished up my 1st cycle. No really bad side effects. I dropped about 5lbs (238lbs to 233lbs).

I used this more as a test cycle to how my body would react. All went good. Just a headache the first few days and some very minor tremors.

So next cycle it'll be mostly 50mcg straight to 100mcg for the majority of the 2 weeks.

Results to follow. Side note, am I to continue to continue to take Taurine throughout the 2 week break?

To the original poster: I would've adviced you to wait a little before running clen because of potential bp issues. Now that you've started I still counsel you to be very aware of you bp.

I myself have a good deal of experience with clen and given a good diet and a disciplined cardio regimen it can produce very great results. It IS a harsh drug tho and not very good for the heart so do be careful about it.

after 2 weeks running, take benadryl at night to help you sleep and refresh the receptors!

Does anyone know where I can get liquid clen? My Girlfriend had some but she refuses to speak to her contact to get more. I started it and now I do not feel like going back to capsule. Please email me if you know of anyone. [email protected]
