The first & most basic thing to understand about clen - liquid or tab - is don't expect much. "Max fat shredding" will come via diet & training and not just because you got a bottle of clen. So please keep that in mind - if your diet & trainign are not well established & tight, the clen ain't gonna do much except mess up the quality of your day & night.
Typical dosage is to start at 25 mcg -- this should be clearly marked on your dropper. If it isn't then I suggest that you get ahold of some insulin pins or other needle / syringe that is clearly marked to measure out ---NOTE: NO YOU DO NOT INJECT W/ THE NEEDLE!!!!!!! Just use it to draw out the appropriate amount.
The other thing to watch is what is the concentration? I.e. 100 mcg/ml in a 30 ml bottle? If you have to use a syringe to draw out:
1 cc = 1 ml
if your clen is 100 mcg/ml, then for a 25 mcg dose, draw out 0.25 ml = 0.25 cc on the syringe.
Start w/ that in the morning. See how it goes. If you don't feel anything, do another 25 mcg in mid afternoon. See how that goes. Keep your dosages earlier in the day (e.g. before 3pm so when you do identify the dose that you "feel", it won't keep you from sleeping well if you experience the jitters, shakes, tension, etc.)
If that dose was ok, then the next morning, increase by 25 mcg -- i.e. take 50 mcg in the morning. If you feel that, then keep also w/ the same 25 mcg in the afternoon dose. If you don't feel anything, then increase your afternoon dose by 25 mcg. Then step up your dose by 25 mcg each am / pm based on how you react to it. W/ the liquid sometimes you have to work with it to determine how that particular brand works for you. Just like w/ all non-OTC stufff - its always your own personal experiment to find out how whatever you got works w/ your body chemistry. If you experience the jitters really bad, then back off by 25 mcg for a day and again either hold or increase as your tolerance increases across the two weeks. Towards the end -- I'd like to say there's no reaso to exceed 100 mcg/day but it again depends on whatever you got. Just because you aren't shaking violently towards the end of the two weeks doesn't mean it isn't working so you don't have to keep loading ridiculous amounts.
Note also if you feel nothign at all, maybe whatever you got is bunk.
Then on your "off" 2 weeks you can switch over to your favorite OTC thermo and run that because it hits different receptors while the clen -hit receptors clear themselves.
One thing I hate about clen is that, in addition to the tension headaches, it also makes me feel like I'm hungry - that sort of stomach ache you get when its time to eat -- like your stomach growling - but if you note when you feel this & its not a scheduled meal time, that will tell you that its the clen makign you feel that way. Its sort of annoying - make sure that that effect doesnt' make you start to deviate from your scheduled diet - that and any interruption in the quality of your sleep can both act to negate whatever increased fat burning effect you might get from the clen - so also watch to just make sure the whole cycle is running well and isn't just a waste of your time.
