Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone had any information on liquid clenbuterol. I am looking into cycling it for two weeks on and two weeks off for max fat shreding. I know that I will be needing to drink a ton of water, eat very clean, do cardio, take taurine and potassium suplements on top of my multi. I just waned to know how to really take it? I heard that you are supposed to build up... so starting with a smaller does in the am would be best. However, the bottle that I ordered came with a dropper, so i'm not sure on exact measurement.

If anyone has taken it, or has any extra input or information on this topic, it would be much appreciated if you wrote back.

The first & most basic thing to understand about clen - liquid or tab - is don't expect much. "Max fat shredding" will come via diet & training and not just because you got a bottle of clen. So please keep that in mind - if your diet & trainign are not well established & tight, the clen ain't gonna do much except mess up the quality of your day & night.

Typical dosage is to start at 25 mcg -- this should be clearly marked on your dropper. If it isn't then I suggest that you get ahold of some insulin pins or other needle / syringe that is clearly marked to measure out ---NOTE: NO YOU DO NOT INJECT W/ THE NEEDLE!!!!!!! Just use it to draw out the appropriate amount.

The other thing to watch is what is the concentration? I.e. 100 mcg/ml in a 30 ml bottle? If you have to use a syringe to draw out:

1 cc = 1 ml

if your clen is 100 mcg/ml, then for a 25 mcg dose, draw out 0.25 ml = 0.25 cc on the syringe.

Start w/ that in the morning. See how it goes. If you don't feel anything, do another 25 mcg in mid afternoon. See how that goes. Keep your dosages earlier in the day (e.g. before 3pm so when you do identify the dose that you "feel", it won't keep you from sleeping well if you experience the jitters, shakes, tension, etc.)

If that dose was ok, then the next morning, increase by 25 mcg -- i.e. take 50 mcg in the morning. If you feel that, then keep also w/ the same 25 mcg in the afternoon dose. If you don't feel anything, then increase your afternoon dose by 25 mcg. Then step up your dose by 25 mcg each am / pm based on how you react to it. W/ the liquid sometimes you have to work with it to determine how that particular brand works for you. Just like w/ all non-OTC stufff - its always your own personal experiment to find out how whatever you got works w/ your body chemistry. If you experience the jitters really bad, then back off by 25 mcg for a day and again either hold or increase as your tolerance increases across the two weeks. Towards the end -- I'd like to say there's no reaso to exceed 100 mcg/day but it again depends on whatever you got. Just because you aren't shaking violently towards the end of the two weeks doesn't mean it isn't working so you don't have to keep loading ridiculous amounts.

Note also if you feel nothign at all, maybe whatever you got is bunk.

Then on your "off" 2 weeks you can switch over to your favorite OTC thermo and run that because it hits different receptors while the clen -hit receptors clear themselves.

One thing I hate about clen is that, in addition to the tension headaches, it also makes me feel like I'm hungry - that sort of stomach ache you get when its time to eat -- like your stomach growling - but if you note when you feel this & its not a scheduled meal time, that will tell you that its the clen makign you feel that way. Its sort of annoying - make sure that that effect doesnt' make you start to deviate from your scheduled diet - that and any interruption in the quality of your sleep can both act to negate whatever increased fat burning effect you might get from the clen - so also watch to just make sure the whole cycle is running well and isn't just a waste of your time.
 
The response can depend partially on whatever brand you are using - for ex Oxyflux is notoriously underdosed so its like eating handfuls of Jelly Bellies to feel anything. Other stuff (often the liquid) is heavily dosed.

But generally people see it as "the magic bullet" because it is a controlled substance but not as 'hardcore' as AAS so they seem to think it must be the miracle drug. Its overrated and you can get a similar effect from a good thermo (if even only for the extra kick in the pants) and a consistent tight diet.

IMO anyway. Its just overrated and that tends to make people rely on it more than they would a tight diet.

THE SHAKES AND CRAMPS JUST ARENT WORTH IT FOR GENERAL FITNESS


IF YOU MUST USE IT GET TAURINE OR THE CRAMPS WILL BE HORRENDOUS ONCE YOU GET ABOVE 80 ug PER DAY
 
Shadow brings up a good point -- when people who are NOT competing or prepping for a VERY SPECIFIC event, but use any of the preps that competitors use, they probably think they are going to get to that "look" and then mainitain --- ALWAYS remember that competition prep is designed VERY SPECIFICALLY for looking a certain way at a certain time of day on competition day. You maintain that look for maybe 3 days, and then you rebound. That means a 10-20 lb water gain IMMEDIATELY as soon as you deviate from the prep diet -- and I mean the diet manipulations you do the week before specifically for short term impact -- as well as rebound from coming off anything that you used to achieve that look. Since you cannot run things like clen forever, you need to be aware that when you come off you've changed the influences your body has been subject to and there will probably be a rebound effect as well.

Therefore - for ongoing progress & maintenance, things that are part of your ongoing lifestyle will provide the most predictable & the most maintainable results. If you throw in extraneous stuff, when you come off, there is usually a rebound effect of some sort.

Thank you for all of your posts. I will definitely take them into consideration... My diet and work out routine are really good, and I am just doing this for an event, but not body building. (personal event).

The clen that I got is 200/mcg and the dropper is unmarked. Sassy, what do you reccomend on dosage? Like I said b4, I know to take a 3-5 mg of Taurine, and and extra potassium supplement, along with it.
