liquid clen users!!! need info

just got my liq clen today 200mcg/ml, and im wondering exactly how guys get the proper dose, starting soon, i think i also need more BTW, do you use 20mcg or .02mg per day and work up to 5 or 6 equiv tabs (tabs being .02mg ea) if this correct how what type syringe that has proper graduations?

To get the proper dose, just use a syringe.
If I had a bottle of liquid clen and it was 200mcg/ml, 1 tab would be equal to .01ml, not .02 for a 20mcg tab.
You can use about any syring for it, just go up to the very first little line on the syringe. This is .01 of a ml, thus 1 tab.
Start with one or two tabs and work your way up 1 tab/day. Do this till about 7 or 8 tabs/day or with whatever you feel comfortable with. Come back down and take an equal amount of time off. Your body gets used to clen fairly quickly, so two or three wks is the max you should stay on in my opinion.
