I would take a dose at around 8-9am, DO NOT take clen after 2pm, you wont sleep. 1 dose is fine.

I don't mean to change the topic here, but when using clen for pct do we still use the 2 on 2 off method?

sorry im late...its oral bro...but when you buy the liquiclen it comes with a dropper and no measurment on it...so i use a pin to measure.
