liquid clen help please

When do i take my taurine if i take the clen. I also dont think ive seen when i should eat when taking it. Do i take it then wait 30 min to eat. And when do i take my vitamins if i take clen. Thanks

I take taurine and my vitamins with my meals throughout the day. I'm just finishing up my first 2 weeks on Clen. All i can say is drink lots of water and get ready to piss every 15 minutes. good luck

Same here, I usually take it throughout the day. It def. is a must, damn clen cramps.

what if ive never had a cramp or never been a big water drinker. yeah i know it seems i would of had a cramp before but i hold water like a camel.
Also does clen effect the testicals. I had a uti like a month ago and it gets worse when i take xenadrine
