I recently picked up some liquid Aromasin, Prami and Dutasteride from Chemical Need. What is the best way to take this stuff in liquid form? Just squirt it in my mouth and chase it with water, or is there any added benefit in putting it in a gel cap to aid delivery through the digestive track?

Even if you put it in a gel capsule it still enters the digestive tract,much easier & hassle free is to just squirt and swallow.

Putting it in a cap will just help you avoid the taste.
I doubt it would hinder the delivery at all.

Thanks guys. What about storing them after opening? Will storing them in the fridge extend the shelf-life , or will it not make much of a difference?
