One of my friends at the gym is 6ft and weighs 248 pounds and 32% bodyfat.
What would be the correct dosage of liquiclen he should take? And for how long can he stay on it?

My "personal" opinion on fat burners is that you need to be in decent shape before using them. At 32%, he's not in decent shape. That fat percentage would drop so easy if he would just excercise and eat right. Once he gets in decent shape and gets his fat percentage down into the teens, then i think a fat burner would be fine to use. I think it's too dangerous to use them when a person is that fat and out of shape.
Is he a legit 32%, or is that a Tanita scale 32%? How was his bodyfat measured? Let's not jump to conclusions here. Ronnie Coleman before the Olympia would measure 50% bodyfat on a Tanita scale.
