Liposuction/Gyno mess

Help me out here!!!

I thought I had too much fat on my chest and went for liposuction…Immediately after, I felt long lumps under and around the nipple area and I figured it was swelling which some of it was…When I sent back to the surgeon for a check-up and showed him, he said that it was not fat but enlarged breast tissue(GYNO), that I didn’t know I even had
before…It’s been 12 weeks since the surgery, all the healing is completed and the lumps are still there…Want to try letrozole and Nolva but maybe someone that has used this combo can answer how long until they saw positive results from taking, how were the results and does GYNO come back when you stop taking???

When you went for surgery, did the doctor even examine your chest?

The letro + nolva combo varies on time that it will yield results. It mainly depends on how long you've had the gyno and how bad it is.

He looked at my chest and just said that he could remove fat...I never felt any lumps so I never questioned him. I could not imagine that I had these and never felt them...What's strange is that some days they feel harder and
bigger than other days...The surgeon said that the only way to fix this is to do surgery, which he said would be quite major and leave a few scars...

how much fat was removed? something is not right, the doctor should have known about gynecomastia. :coffee:

IMO, if the doc didnt even mention about the possibility of gyno comming up when you went to him about the surgery and/or told you your chest would look perfectly normal, then that sounds like a case of negligence to me (depending on how you define the term). Although, when it comes to plastic surgery they normally make you sign all your rights away to prevent any lawsuits... so you'll probably have the deck stacked against you, but something here just doesnt sound right to me.

Not sure of the amount of fat removed since my neck was also done during the 7 hours of lipo...My check does look a lot better even though the lumps can be seen from a few angles...What bothers me the most is that I can't imagine I had these lumps in the first place since I never felt them...So to ask my question again, how long before I see results with letrozole it I'm going to see them at all..

There is no black and white answer when it comes to gyno.
