Lipostim3 and crash...WTF?!

What's up with the hardcore crash 5 or so hours after taking lipostim? Never experienced this with lipoflame, but yesterday I took 2 caps of lipostim3 at about 8am, and by 1-1:30 i was SPENT! never experienced that sort of energy crash before.

I know these are supposed to be more powerful than lipoflame, but I took the recommended dosage felt great, than CRASH!

If I am not mistaken, they are different ingredients. OMEGA definitely is better versed to help you with this. I'm not sure TBH.

Try taking only 1 at a time, that's what works best for me..

Drink Extra water about 3 hours post dose
THEN about 1 hour pre crash have 2-3 LIPOFLAME

I didnt ever crash like that but I took them for about 3 wks and took lipoflame like Omega said but by the end of the week I was draggin ass by friday night.


I still like them though they do help you focus and be more alert. And lipoflame is great for burning fat and water weight!!!

I've noticed the crash too. My routine is the same pretty much everyday. I crashed right around 3:30 every day... Then I did like what omega said. About 2:30 I take 3 caps of lipoflame and 1 lipostim... This carries me well and the effects wear off right around bed time.

hm.. never had a crash on the product, there is a taper, but not a crash like with most stims...

but each of our bodies have different needs, so i suppose it can happen..
