LipoShred Stack Log (with pics)

Okay guys I'm gonna run a progress log while I take the LipoShred stack...hopefully this will give me some accountability in sticking to the diet through Christmas and New Years. I'm hoping to use this stack to get me down to about 9-10% BF so that I can then run a cycle of Helladrol and Katanadrol to finish cutting for a show next year. Before anyone says it, yes, I realize the wheels need work and I'm putting extra focus on those currently :biggrin:

In this pic I am 243 lbs and my calipers show 12% BF (I realize they are probably off but it serves as a point of reference)

Anyways, took my first dose of LipoFlame and LipoStim today and my mood and energy level is great!
 
Just noticed I spelled LipoShred incorrectly in the thread title....could I get a mod to correct that so don't appear to be a dumbass. Kthx!
 
Thanks Roxy! I wouldn't say I'm just starting the cut....I'm down almost 40 pounds over the last 6 months. I'm just trying to kick the cut into overdrive thru Christmas! I'm sure I'll cheat on my meals on Christmas day but I plan on losing another 5 pounds between now and Jan 1st so I can't cheat any more than that!

Tonight was my first workout on the stack and energy levels were thru the roof! I had a general feeling of well being and was just ready to kill every lift. And at the end of 1.5 hours of hitting back I still had plenty in the tank to hit 30 minutes of cardio! I'm

Nice job on the 40 lbs down! That's awesome! Feels good doesn't it?? You look like you have a solid base too so I'm sure you'll be looking really ripped as you progress further. Keep up the good work!!

Okay day two of the LipoShred stack. Today was a zero carb day in my carb cycling diet and it was leg day. Definitely a bit of bad luck on how the carb cycling rotation fell this week. I was honestly expecting to get in the gym and only put in a half-assed 45 minute leg workout, but I ended up killing legs for two hours doing set after set of heavy weight! I just continued go have energy and a drive to do more! This was incredible as I normally feel like a bag of assholes on my zero carb days. So far so good with this stack. Hopefully the tape measure will be showing some noticeable changes in my waistline after a couple more days but I'm already in love with the mood/energy effects of this stack!
 
Honestly bro. I was having troubles describing how awesome the mood and energy levels are from this. Not even describable.
 
Update for Thursday.

Tonight was shoulders. Hit a solid 1.5 hours of shoulder work and 15 minutes abs followed by 30 minutes cardio. I can't go on enough about how great I feel when taking this stack!

Weight is dropping nicely so far. I've only taken this stack for three full days and I'm down 2 pounds and strength hasn't suffered one bit! Also down nearly a 1/2 inch on my waist since the beginning of the week! I can't wait to see what I'm gonna end up at with my weight ad waist measurement after a month with this stuff :-)
 
Had my first day back in the gym today after a few days off thru Christmas. I am off work all week so I decided I'm gonna do two-a-days. I hit chest this morning for an hour and then back this evening for 1.5 hours followed by 30 minutes cardio. Did all this on a zero carb day. Only way I could make it thru the second workout was this stack. It definitely gave me the extra kick of energy needed to get thru the workout. I'm hoping to hit 3 zero carb days in a row and then have a medium carb day on Friday...looking to see a 5 lb weight loss this week. I will post an updated pic next tuesday. That will be two weeks into the LipoShred stack. Fingers crossed for a total of 8 lbs loss in those two weeks!
 
Day two of my post Christmas zero carb cutting. Started the day with 45 minutes cardio and then had an afternoon leg session. LipoShred stack continues to deliver on giving me the proper drive I need to push thru the zero carb dieting. I'm thinking tomorrow may be my last zero carb day this week and I should be looking at a 237 or 238 pound bodyweight by Friday morning...that would be about 6 lbs of weight loss since I started that stack last week. Weight is dropping so fast that my coach is telling me that I might need to back off and hold weight steady for a couple of months! This stack is truly impressive :-)!
