I have an older bottle of Lipoflame. 6 capsule serving size with 180 caps in the bottle. I'm wondering what the ladies on here use for a serving size and if this has changed since I bought this. This is for my wife btw...not me

women seldom use more then 3 at once or 5 caps daily

most use 2 or 3 at once
