Hi

Women Always Start Low

LIPOFLAME at 2-3 Caps in the AM

Amplify02 later on in the afternoon for lifting at about 4-6 Caps

The LIPOSTACK is the best bet and you can mix and match (ie 1 Cap LIPOFLAME with 4 Amplify02 etc)

Dont take more then one serving of each per day
