Yeah this is another Lipoflame thread but I gotta give props to Omega for a awesome product and customer service. I've stacked ZIP with my Lipoflame for a while now and have had great results, however I ran out of ZIP and hit the Lipoflame solo after a few days of being off both and this stuff gives such intense focus, stamina and drive that you can't help but push yours body and mind farther. The cardio intensity is insane. By no means am I a runner or am I built like a runner but I knocked out a 5 mile run yesterday and 4 miles today no problem. Being in the medical field I don't agree with the ECA regimen. If you have a bit of excess and want to lean down, I would recommend the above and beyond all others.
Added note, Zip is an awesome product too but they have their own forum which I have provided feedback on and I don't know if they sponsor here or not. Nuff said...
