they had to cut me out of the car piece by piece



My legs were trapped and smashed in the car I thought they were gone that is how wedged they were

my car was hit so hard the frame of my car formed a seal over my legs
so both right and left leg were pinned between the gas pedal and e brake console of the car if you can imagine that

the door was smashed into my gut and ribs and pushed me against the glove box/ and passenger seat and the FD had to cut me out of both like a Sardine can



I only share these details cus its like show and tell for me lol

Scary wreck man, glad you are going to recover. Broken ribs suck though, nothing you can do to help them much, just have to wait it out till they start to get better, they are a bitch. I read a lot about lipoflame. I've used other stuff in the past, Lipo-6, hydroxycut hardcore etc. It seems if they do help with a litlle weight loss I also lose some strength. Is Lipoflame better, I mean will it cause a little loss if I still eat as much without losing to much strength or do I have to cut way back on calories also. It seems like everyone really likes it, but just not sure how to use it correctly if I order.
