Which one is the mildest on blood lipids (cholesterol) from your experience and knowledge?
Input will be appreciated!

Now I know that lowering estrogen too low will result in some HDL decrease and LDL increase and so on, but saying that we use any of those compounds to reduce estrogen by the same amount, would it make a difference? Some people claim that it's anastrozole that's the mildest while others say it's actually the harshest because it suppreses estrone to basically zero if you take enough to have a profound effect on estradiol aswell. Thoughts?

thanks!

From everything I've read and experienced, I found dex is the most effective with the mildest effect on HDL.

I've also been a proponent of taking very little anti e (for several reasons) even back in the day when the message board guru idiots took the approach taking more and more because "it can't hurt."

If you need more than a 1/4 tab EOD, you need to back off your dosage or use less aromatizing compounds.

Bumping this because I am interested in hearing more opinions/experiences. I've often wondered about this myself, and it would be nice to hear other people's input.
