finally back up to 210 after having a 24hr bug last week that took a good 5lbs off me - not to mention i had no energy after puking and crapping for a day straight
granted most was water but i don't carry a lot to begin with so i need it to bulk
i'm heading back down to JC first week of july

i'm at the tail end of a test & primo run. gonna pct for a bit then come back with some test, primo and deca. putting on some serious lbm with this stuff
