Like Nothing Before

Thanx bonacris.

I want to address the dosages I'm using here as I know, they are quite high. Although this is my 3rd AAS cycle I did a number of Halo .50 cyclesd quite a few years ago. I studied on this forum for about a year before doing my first cycle which I carefully out togther and posted for feedback. This has been my approach from the start, and I have also logged my cycles.

I think the main reason I have gotten positive feedback from Mods here about my cycles is that I have been lifting without a break for nearly 18 years, during which time I gained over 40 pounds of muscle. I am a certified personal trainer and have had real, actual results from both bulking and cutting diets.

I'm the first to caution Bro's about gear, and for good reason. But since I am already 50 years old, and TRT and very real alternative for my health, I feel confident and safe to be on my current path.

Watch me go!

Buddha, just a quick question for you. Why the bump from 600mg/wk to 800mg/wk after week 10 on the primo? I know primo is slow and steady gains, but that's about ALL I know about that particular compound.
Is the extra 200mg/wk that beneficial?

Hi Jester.

Thanx for checking the thread. As you may have noticed, there are different schools of thought here at EF, which is cool as much can be learned through discourse and examining many different views. I went down the middle on the design of this cycle, (middle way; I am the Buddha) and decided to keep the option open to increase the Primo for the second half to the level one Mod recommended for the whole cycle. This does bring my numbers up, but like I said, it is my determination right now. I will look at where I am at as far as conditioning goes at that time before making the change.

I plan on following stevemi's general guidance regarding shorter cycles with moderate doses next year with 2, 12 week cycles for the year, and note any differences I find from that approach. And, as I noted in a recent post, because I am on the TRT cruise approach at 50 years old, soon to be 51, I don't have the recovery to worry about as much. Not that I am skimping on my on cycle supports, N2Guard, HCGenerate, armomasin, and Phytoserms, as overall health is of primary importance.

Good to know. If you do bump up, please let us know. In the end, I'm curious if you notice, and also if you felt the bump was worth it.

Wow this is awesome. really good advice!

“A sword is useless in the hands of a coward.”

In Buddhism, this speaks directly to the need to develop strong faith in order to achieve your goals and realize your dreams. It stands as a warning against having a weak spiritual practice and making less than an all out effort to move forward.

I see a parallel in bodybuilding, and this is why I caution people about deciding to cross over to using AAS for any reason other than the fact that they have reached their full genetic potential.

Unless you have struggled to develop and execute challenging work out designs, using these to push yourself further than you ever thought you could, for years on end, you’re not ready. Until you have experimented with diet approaches that have given you real results for both bulking and cutting, you’re not ready.

In fact, turning to gear without having these experiences can actually lead to weakness, as it may feed a belief that things in life can be achieved without dedication and hard work.

The 15 years I trained hard core before choosing to accent my physique with anabolics were awesome, and I learned so much about myself, not the least of which was how to dig deep to bring out my best, to turn the impossible into the possible.

This is my third cycle, and it includes all the things I have learned here at Elite Fitness as well as the tutoring I have received from the Mods. Keep an eye on this thread as I promise to challenge myself absolutely as I prepare for a contest at the end of the Summer.

This is the point where I transcend everything I thought limited me in any way.

A sword is useless in the hands of a coward.

Thanx MK.

I was thinking over my current work out designs, which were kind of exciting in the beginning. I had the perfect pyramid approach going on heavy days (that's pyramiding up, then doing some high reps sets with lighter weight), and on lighter days it was alot of high rep stuff including 100's and other drop set type stuff. I just started to feel like it was too much high rep stuff, but when I started that design I was cutting so, it is all good. I have been doing a 3 day split, 6 days a week for a long time and don't see any reason to change that, but was looking to change everything else up.

So for my new design I just went back to basics for the heavy stuff with 4 sets of 8-10 being the rule, although for my last exercise of a body part I am doing the FST-7 approach, which is basically 7 sets where the focus is full range of motion; from a really good stretch to full contraction. I did this for legs yesterday with the leg sled after doing squats, hack squats, extensions, curls, and calves, and really felt a difference.

I am also making my bench grip a little more narrow, and focusing on upper chest and flies, only getting to flat bench as my third exercise on heavy day.

On my lighter days I am doing mainly super sets, but still keeping the reps in the 8-10 area.

I'm just starting the 4th week of this cycle and my shoulders already show striations I had never noticed before. When my gear is in full swing I may bring in my 3 day lighter days once every 2 weeks as my recovery time will be able to handle it.

SARMS are in full support and it is so noticeable on the weekends. I only leave the gym because I run out of things to do for the day, and never in less than 2 hours.

Loving it....

May I ask why the HCGen if you're trt? Just curious. By the way I'm digging your way with words as well I gotta admit. Your coward with a sword quote is great. I am a coward with a sword (by that I mean I believe I could stand a chance on stage but I'm too chicken shit. Not to mention outside the BB world) and it helped inspire me to read that. Thanks man. Will follow. FTR i don't mean I'm a chicken shit at everything, just afraid of failure is what I meant lol

Thanx for checking in jack steel.

HCGenerate has great reviews from guys on TRT for boosting libido and overall mood, which is always good. My experience on cycles is that I'm ready to shag most things that walk on 2 legs, but I have always included HCGenerate, and am glad to have it.

The key to effectively wielding the sword of my life, and making effective headway, has been my spiritual practice. My morning and evening chanting sessions give me the opportunity to tap into my greater self and check my lesser self (read-ego) that tries to limit me with thoughts of what I can't or shouldn't do.

The formula for me is; Make a determination+chant and make concrete efforts+repeat as necessary=break through and benefit.
