Quick Question:
When doing a 'light day', do you still go to muscle fatigue/failure???
I know it's not good to lift heavy all the time (even though I would prefer it... my attention span doesn't like going beyond 12 reps! ) so when you do go light, are you still hitting failure with this lighter load, or is there not as much muscle breakdown happening?
