light beer when on cycle

im currently running my 7th cycle. it is a test only cycle at 500mg/wk. im not a newbie either as most of u know. but now that i have a steady career and my own nice place sometimes i might wanna have 3 or 4 beers over the weekend to relax. in all reality, how bad will this truly affect my cycle. im not taking orals so im not worried too much about liver values. if u wanna talk about liver damage, im sure it doesnt touch those thousands out there who are on cycle and are prescribed 3-5 vicodins a day, which has to be much more damaging to the liver. but really, how bad?
 
It will slow gains, in my experience I felt like I shrank after drinking and would be weaker the following few days. But, it won't hurt ya, you gotta live once in ahwile.
 
3 or 4 over the entire weekend wont do anything. Just keep it very very moderate. I dont drink at all but I have friends that juice and compete on a national level and they say that as long as its only a couple very seldomly it wont hurt much if at all.
 
The difference between light beer and normal beer is nothing more than marketing.

The average bottle of light beer has between 90 - 100 calories in whereas the non light beer average is between 105-120. Over 10 bottles you are only reducing approximately 100 calories and unless you are going to drink 100 bottles, you wont notice much different.

OK, I should have read the question, it's not about light beer...

You should be fine with such small amounts of alcohol not consumed too often. My only issue/worry is that I will drink too much and not get in to the swing of things in the gym the following day.
 
agreed, when i was 23 i did a test, dbol and deca cycle drank 4 days a week and got huge, and got in a ton of fights. but i was young enough to train the next day hard. now 36 if i drink i only do it where the next day is an off day, and a cheat day. i am one of those guys who is clean 6 days a week and has a cheat day. it seems to be ok for me if i drink on a day where there is no training the next. i drink once every two weeks and my liver values are fine. but make sure you count those calories twds your diet, now that i am oldder its hard to fight bf if you are drinking.

Hmm I thought reg beer had close to 200 cals opposed to 100 for light... Shows how much I drink.. I'd much rather smoke some purple danky chronic. no cals and no hangover....
 
Eh, a beer or 2 or glass of wine is fine. just as long as it is not every night!
When I worked at a club, guys would come in , brag about being on deca and drinking vodka redbulls and taking X to stay lean... they were not big, lol
 
Moderation is the key and a few beers on the weekend is not going to hurt too much. Better if you didn't for sure but your not talking about a daily ritual here. Relax!
 
There's a lot of Pro BB's out there who are huge partiers. I think you'll be fine man
 
Just take your milk thistle the morning after. All the time for that matter and you should be gtg.
 
I am on cycle and drink on most weekends. As long as I get my ass in the gym the next day and sweat that shit out I'm fine. I actually have really good workouts when hungover. My problem when drinking is not getting in enough protein and skipping meals. As long as I keep that shit in check I'm good to go. Oh and my liver values have always been fine.

If you do decide to drink, you should drink wine or dark beer. They have more antioxidants. Just my 2 cents.

it depends on how your body reacts to alcohol for the impact on gains. for me it would be bad.

as far as the liver nothing to verry little.
 
Every now and then won't kill you social buzz. Getting hammered though is different... Drinking for 10 hours then eating fast food afterwards usually is a bad oidea
