JUST GOT THE FLU FUCKING SINTHOMS... aching body, liquid nose, feel like shit.
I have a show in November, I wnted to bust my ass off to get me into the best shape...
what would you recomend?
lift even while sick at 100%
do not lift at all until feeling better
light at 50 % (because it is good to keep the body in movement).
what do u guys think?
