Hey, i just have a few short questions about your lifting sched. I want to bench first so i can get the most out of it. I had a good bench day then on my next bench day after a set or two of my normal weight my arm started to hurt in certain areas.. i didn't feel like i could bench anymore. What do you do before bench? I stretched some but i guess it wasnt enough. After the benching problems i went on to dumbell press and everything else went fine. I just want to make sure im not losing out on anything.
