This week has been deload. This is the plan

Satuday: Bench COmpetition

Sunday: Speed Power Jerk, Heavy Farmer Walks for 50 feet, Stone (if I get my tacky), Tire work, and whatever else t3c makes us do

How intense is your training MOTHER FUCKER?
 
Tomorrow: work legs.
Friday: try to bench 135. Fail miserably due to not having a spotter (and being very, very weak).

That's about it.
 
Good luck on the comp revex. Let us know how that goes.

I`m taking the week off due to injuries and stuff. Also have a 3-4 inch burn on my neck that needs to heal.
 
I was thinking about using the exercise wheel, pink stretchy bands, and purple dumbbells for my next workout.

This usually takes the breath right out of me.

I'm just working on my form, picking some opening attemps for my Nov 30 competition. Nothing too hard.

Next week I'll be relaxing and resting, although that will be more difficult now since I'm starting a new full-time job that requires waking at 5:30am, something I'm not used to as a student.
