That's true bro. 5 lbs here, 5 lbs there and it will compound. I keep forgetting the numbers you are lifting. It is not uncommon for people to get 10 - 20 lb PR's when they bench less than 300, but at your level every bit counts.

i was dissapointed with my shirt work today. my weight is down, and im not holding water like i was. last monday i weighed 436, and friday i weighed 428.

took it pretty easy today. i did this becuase i will be woking up on friday for my last day of circa max.

its a special device you put a bar in, like a t-bar device, excpet it can move in all directions becuase of its double hinge. it is great for training the obliques and abs. basically you hold the barbell over head and bring it down to either side and come back up.
 
Yeah but I'm sneaking up on him. I'm like 370 now lol. You hear that Liftbig? Footsteps.... ;)
