LGD 4033 Log by SARMS1

My product just arrived. It shipped on Oct 31 and arrived a few minutes ago. So discounting the weekend it took a little less than three days to get here.
I’m an older lifter. I started lifting in my early 20’s but had to quit due to family and job obligations and extensive travel requirements. I started again during my early 30’s but again family and job demands made it virtually impossible to continue. I began again in my early 40’s and have continued to this day. People say you have to change the way you workout and supplement as you age, I disagree. Even at my age I continue to workout the same as I did in my twenties. The biggest difference is that it takes slightly longer to recuperate so I workout a little less. I do take a few extra staples that I didn’t use when I was younger but that’s because I have learned the benefits of taking staples. I have also opted to use lighter weights with higher reps in order to put less stress on my joints but I should have been doing this all along. Muscles recognize stress not weight. IMO big weights are primarily for show unless you’re a power lifter. My joints are great and I feel like I’m still in my twenties and enjoy all the same activities I enjoyed during my youth. I play softball, basketball, lift weights, bike, hike, jog (limited), play tournament level table tennis, etc. I have been on TRT (Androgel) for the last four months although I can’t say it’s made much of a difference in the way I feel in general, maybe a slight increase in libido. Before Androgel I used a variety of test boosters and my test levels would stay around 350ng/dl. On Androgel my test level is now at 543ng/dl. I have done a few cycles of gear in the past but now I stick to legal prohormones and most recently SARMS. I have been chosen to run LGD from Sarms1 as a standalone. I am excited to give this product a try and see what transpires. I think I will start out at 1ml/day. Since I’m on TRT my test levels should be steady state. My only health concern is moderately high BP. It is easily controlled via KNO3. I will be using LGD on a maintenance diet. My diet is typically pretty clean (high protein, moderate complex carbs and moderate fat) with an occasional cheat day. BF around 14%-16%, I would like to get to 10%-12%. We’ll see what happens.

Weight 183.8 lbs.
Arms 17” cold
Waist 34” at navel
BF 14%-16%
I took my first dose of LGD under the tongue. I won’t be doing that again. It burned like fire. I will probably just dilute in water (suggestions appreciated). Moreover, I will probably opt for an oral syringe rather than using the dropper that comes with the product. Let the journey begin.

I wouldn't dilute in water bro. If you do, you'll notice it drop straight to the bottom of the glass and you'll waste product.

Shake well then use an oral syringe to draw it up. Have a glass of water or juice ready to go. Shoot the Lgd past the tongue (back to throat) then chase it with a drink if needed.

Hope this helps you meet yor goals. It's a great product from an awesome company. Definitely in to follow
 
I appreciate the advice. I will try this method. I'm not sure of the suspension but LGD from unique didn't burn at all but then again it didn't do squat for me either. Maybe the burn helps absorption?

Not sure about the burning but you don't need to take it sublingually. It is definitely a more potent product than you've experienced so I'd expect more of a bad taste
 
Dont tamper with these products, mixing in water,capping them.Just man up and shoot it down the hatch.IT doesnt taste that bad bro.! lol good luck and ill be following
 
Please just take it straight down bro... if you need a chaser, then go for it but do not tamper with it otherwise... if it suspended properly, which it is, then you will have that burning sensation... that's a good thing... do not hold it under your tongue or anything of the sort... straight down and your good to go bro...

this would be the best way to take it.....IMHO...and for it to work its best.


what type of dose are you going to run?? how many wks??

im using this stuff soon and really want to know what type of gains im looking at.
 
I'm using 1ml/day. Will run for 30 days as I only have one bottle. But if I like the results I will by another go for at least 8 weeks and maybe even 12 if I'm still seeing good results. Quite honestly I'm not sure what to expect as LGD from Unique did nothing for me. I'm on a maintenance diet so maybe recomp, maybe some bulk or maybe a little loss in weight? I don't actually know.
 
I just completed my second full day on Sarms1 LGD at 1ml/day.
Pros:
· I’ve noticed that both days my energy levels were better than usual. I often contend with afternoon lethargy but on the days I took LGD my energy levels were consistent throughout the day and even into the evening hours.
Cons:
· I’ve experienced more frequent urination that usual. Not a big problem but it can be an inconvenience at times.
· Both days on LGD I had a low grade headache. I combated with extra strength Tylenol. I rarely have headaches and wondered if LGD could be increasing my BP so I stopped by a local pharmacy at noon and took a BP reading, 156/75. My BP sometimes runs a little high but never in the 150’s. I took it again later that evening, 158/77. I bought a BP cuff for work and decided to take a day off from LGD and monitor my BP. Although I don’t monitor all that often it is typically is low in the AM (98/60) and slightly elevated in the PM (135/75) but it has never been in the 150’s even when I used heavy stims.
Providing my BP returns to normal, I will start back with LGD at a lower dose, say 0.5ml, for a few days and monitor my BP and work my way up from there. I may have just started at too high a dosage.

You are going to continue to notice a dramatic increase in energy with lgd bro... one of the many benefits you are going to enjoy.. as far as the bp goes, that is quite strange as it is something i have never seen... keep an eye on it... incorporating n2guard would be ideal for you to help protect yourself bro... do you tend to have a history of high bp?
 
Moderately high on occasion. I monitored it all day today an these are my readings without LGD.

So obvioulsy LDG hasn't affected my BP therefore the machine I used is out of calibration. A bit of a scare but at now I can get back on track.

N2guard would probably work but I keep potassium nitrate on hand for just such occasions. I works well and quickly.
 
I’m on day 6 of LGD at 10mg/day. I got a low grade headache the first few days of taking LGD but those have completely dissipated. I also noticed a large pimple on my shoulder this morning and I rarely get pimples. Energy levels are still good. Another thing I have noticed is that I recover from a hard workout much quicker. I’m moderately sore the next day and by the second day I feel fully recovered. However, I’m not going to push it and stay with my normal three day a week workout schedule. I usually don’t list my workout routine(s) because they constantly vary (muscle confusion). One workout I lift heavy with low reps the next lighter with higher reps. One workout I may do drop sets and the next full pyramids, etc. No two workouts are ever the same.

It’s still early. Almost everything I have ever taken requires a couple of weeks to activate fully. I’m on a maintenance diet and hoping for lean gains or moderate recomp. I’m anxious to see where LGD takes me.

I'm on day 9 and I've lost weight (183 down to 178) on a maintenance diet but my overall body measurements are the same except my waist line. So I appear to be losing fat and preserving muscle.

I experienced the same thing. The gains are keepable too
 
I really don't want to lose to much weight. I may increase calories and try hold my weight. I was actually expecting to see an increase in appetite but mine hasn't changed.
 
Day 13
Today is my 13th day on LDG. For me changes have not been dramatic but very subtle. Although my overall weight is only a few pounds less than when I started, measurements on my arms, shoulders and chest have increased slightly suggesting that I am making modest lean gains. My expectations are that things will continue at a moderate but steady pace. As long as things are moving forward I am pleased. I have enough LDG for a 30 day cycle. I will probable buy another bottle of LGD and stack with GW from unique since I already have it on hand. I don’t think it is as pure as Sarms1 but I have used it in the past and it seems to work fairly well.


· Strength: I have noticed modest but positive strength increases.
· Mass increase: My arms now measure 17 ¼” cold. The largest they have been at my current weight.
· Leaning: I have lost about a ½” off my waist line (BF 14%).
· Taste: Rocket fuel
· Side effects: Occasional pimple on my chest and or shoulder.
· Recovery: Recovery is noticeably better.
· Endurance: I’m not a jogger but I do play competitive sports and I believe it has helped in this area but difficult to quantify.
· Energy: My energy levels seem to be improving as I continue the cycle. I was unaware that LGD had any overall effect in this area.
 
Day 17
I’ve been reading other logs on LGD. It’s funny how this product seems to affect everyone a little differently. Some report increases in appetite. For me it’s just the opposite, it seems to suppress my appetite. Some report lethargy. However, I have seen an increase in energy and stamina. Some report increased sweating. I haven’t noticed any increase in this area. Some report increases in body mass. I have seen this as well but it has not been dramatic. Some report increases in strength. I have seen this also but it has not been moderate at best. What does seem to be constant is that all report a loss in body fat while protecting existing muscle. I’m on day 17 and I am getting a little leaner each and every week. It has not been dramatic but noticeable. The only thing I don’t like is that I’m looking smaller. I keep trying to increase my calories but as I stated previously, it’s difficult since LGD seems to suppress my appetite.
 
Although I've never done it, the only thing I can compare the taste to is if you licked a dog's ass and it looks like neem oil...
 
Sounds like its giving you kind of re-comp like results? This is good man, leaning out and adding a little muscle is not to be taken lightly. Yeah it does taste pretty bad lol.

lol..jesus my taste buds must be shot because its nowhere as near of a horrorifying experience as that would be for me.

good no. but i dont even have to worry about washing it down, the taste effects me so little.I dont get it. But again maybe it goes to the taste buds.

Ya I don't think it's bad per se. Def > cough syrup.
 
I agree taste is secondary as long as it doesn't make me feel ill. Years ago I tried JP8 as a pre-workout. It works great except it made want to puke for about 20-30 min after I drank it. It actually tastes like desiccated vomit.

I'm beginning my last week on LGD. Progress has been steady state. Slowly loosing fat and gaining a bit of muscle. What more could you ask of any product. I haven't gained any weight because LGD tends to suppress my appetite. But by force feeding whenever my weight drops, I have been able to maintain my starting weight. I plan on extending my cycle at least another 4 weeks while adding 10 mg/day of GW to the mix. I will use 20 mg in divided doses on workout days. GW at 10 mg helps control my BP and provides added energy throughout the day. Endurance is improved and I sleep much deeper.

I completed an Ostarine cycle (Unique) at 25 mg/day several months back. It leaned me up a bit but did not seem to do much to increase muscle mass. This the primary benefit LGD has over Ostarine IMO. Sarms1 Ostarine is undoubtedly much purer and may have increased benefits, I haven't tried it yet.
 
im REALLY happy that you are making progress bro... i know how disappointed you had been in uniques lgd and i am very happy you are having a much better experience with sarms1... i assure you that the osta is of the highest quality as well... any questions you have, let me know... excellent work and keep it up!
 
I notice a definite difference in SARMS1 vs. Unique, not so much in effectiveness but more so in that Unique LGD made me very lethargic, gave me headaches and just made me feel "weird" in a way that's hard to describe...I am pretty sure it was effective since I gained quite a bit of muscle and my T and SHBG levels tested very low after 6 days on it...

No such issues with SARMS1 LGD, feeling good on it...
 
I also used LGD from Unique (I still have a bottle). I also noticed some lethargy from this product. LGD from Sarms1 is quite the opposite.
 
Sarms1 LGD Final Review:
I just completed my 28th day on LGD. I have a couple of days left. Most of my gains came within the first three weeks. I haven’t really noticed much change this last week. I’m in bit of a quandary as to whether to continue the cycle or not. Consequently I haven’t ordered another bottle, yet. In my opinion LGD from Sarms1 definitely works. My overall weight has remained constant. My arms measure a solid 17 ¼” cold and my waist measurement has remained constant but I look fuller and more defined overall. Last week I had a new guy in the gym ask if I was a competitive bodybuilder. Several other guys have ask me how I got so big. I haven’t had comments like these since I started lifting 20+ years ago. The biggest thing that I have noticed is that my vascularity has improved especially in my arms and chest. This makes me look bigger. So I think there are intangibles that are difficult to quantify.

Stats:
Weight: 181.8 lbs. My overall weight has remained constant.
Mass: My arms measure 17 ¼” cold. The largest they have been at my current weight. They measured 17 3/4" at 192 lbs.
Strength: I have noticed modest but positive strength increases, nothing dramatic.
Side effects: Occasional pimple on my chest and/or shoulder.
Recovery: Recovery is noticeably better.
Endurance: I’m not a jogger but I do play competitive sports and I believe it has helped in this area but difficult to quantify.

BF: 13% down about 1+% if I measured correctly. I began at roughly 14 1/4%.


Although I haven't seen any changes this last week I may order another bottle of LGD from Sarms1 and stack with GW. Maybe the combo will keep me moving forward. If I do, I will keep posting my results weekly. I think weekly posting is adequate, at least for me since progress is slow but steady.
 
Interesting that you experienced suppressed appetite. Lgd increased my appetite uncontrollably when I first used it. Just goes to show how we all react differently
 
^^^ Same here on LGD, makes me so hungry that I had to start N2STIM & N2FLAME for appetite suppression, so I was able to keep with my intermittent fasting schedule :p

There was an occasional day here and there where my appetite was greater than normal, but in general, I could easily skip meals. I'm impressed with the fact that I was able to grow while loosing weight. I initially lost 5 lbs and then gained it back toward the end of my cycle as I increased my caloric intake.
 
I am 27 and I had been going to the gym for 7 years and have just had a massive 2 years off. I always used supplements only, I have started working out again over the past 4 weeks with supplements again and my metabolism has gone to shit after the 2 years off. I am a noob to anything other than supplements. So bear with me.

I am interested in trying SARMS1 LGD 4033 and or MK 2866
Are they very similar?
Should I take LGD 4033 for a 4 week cycle to gain a couple of Kg mass and then MK 2866 for 2 weeks to lean out?
Or just LGD 4033 for 6 weeks?
I read that there may be a need for a mini PCT after LGD 4033.
How about stacking GW 510516 with LGD 4033?
Are the side effects of increased cancer risk from GW-510516 legit?
What dosage do you recommend for any of the above?
And what else should I take during?
What is normally in a PTC?
I am 72Kg 168cm (short and stocky)
