My product just arrived. It shipped on Oct 31 and arrived a few minutes ago. So discounting the weekend it took a little less than three days to get here.
I’m an older lifter. I started lifting in my early 20’s but had to quit due to family and job obligations and extensive travel requirements. I started again during my early 30’s but again family and job demands made it virtually impossible to continue. I began again in my early 40’s and have continued to this day. People say you have to change the way you workout and supplement as you age, I disagree. Even at my age I continue to workout the same as I did in my twenties. The biggest difference is that it takes slightly longer to recuperate so I workout a little less. I do take a few extra staples that I didn’t use when I was younger but that’s because I have learned the benefits of taking staples. I have also opted to use lighter weights with higher reps in order to put less stress on my joints but I should have been doing this all along. Muscles recognize stress not weight. IMO big weights are primarily for show unless you’re a power lifter. My joints are great and I feel like I’m still in my twenties and enjoy all the same activities I enjoyed during my youth. I play softball, basketball, lift weights, bike, hike, jog (limited), play tournament level table tennis, etc. I have been on TRT (Androgel) for the last four months although I can’t say it’s made much of a difference in the way I feel in general, maybe a slight increase in libido. Before Androgel I used a variety of test boosters and my test levels would stay around 350ng/dl. On Androgel my test level is now at 543ng/dl. I have done a few cycles of gear in the past but now I stick to legal prohormones and most recently SARMS. I have been chosen to run LGD from Sarms1 as a standalone. I am excited to give this product a try and see what transpires. I think I will start out at 1ml/day. Since I’m on TRT my test levels should be steady state. My only health concern is moderately high BP. It is easily controlled via KNO3. I will be using LGD on a maintenance diet. My diet is typically pretty clean (high protein, moderate complex carbs and moderate fat) with an occasional cheat day. BF around 14%-16%, I would like to get to 10%-12%. We’ll see what happens.

I took my first dose of LGD under the tongue. I won’t be doing that again. It burned like fire. I will probably just dilute in water (suggestions appreciated). Moreover, I will probably opt for an oral syringe rather than using the dropper that comes with the product. Let the journey begin.
