LFC winny shoot/drink EOD?

Just wondering...

I know you can drink water based winny. However could you shoot it one day and drink it the next?

These shots are becoming painful and my rotation is coming back to my left glute wich is still sore from 4 days ago.

My tren shots are easy as pie. But I thought 8 days between winny would be better to help the muscle recover some.
