Pat_McCrotch New member Dec 1, 2007 #4 I hope we can get my body fat down to where i want it. I really only carry it in my gut and waist. I am not big there but the last few vanity pounds just dont wanna leave. I may have tpo examine my diet a lil closer.

O OMEGA New member Dec 2, 2007 #5 dont worry it will be hard NOT to attain one goals in level 2 level 3 is more of a short Burst Pre-Comp srtategy that you guys will get that was not going to be included before. its a 2 week Hardcore Peaking Method. Level 2 is much more sophisticated BUT! also more Cardio
