ALL routines in Level 2 will be VERY different and Personalized based on the Questionare' you filled out.
And will focus on:

1)
Your Body fat Goals.

2)
Body part Goals.

I hope we can get my body fat down to where i want it. I really only carry it in my gut and waist. I am not big there but the last few vanity pounds just dont wanna leave.

I may have tpo examine my diet a lil closer.

it will be hard NOT to attain one goals in level 2

level 3 is more of a short Burst Pre-Comp srtategy that you guys will get that was not going to be included before.

its a 2 week Hardcore Peaking Method.

Level 2 is much more sophisticated BUT! also more Cardio
