Hey everyone....I'm a newbie trying to post up....I've surfed these threads before and thought I'd join in on the fun....for some reason I can't get my posts to come up, but I guess if your seeing this, then it's working! so yeah.... hi! :wavey:

lol...eh...i don't mind....it's always funner to know who your talking to anyway....it's getting late and I have class in the morn, but I just had my 21st b-day on Sat, so I'm making a picture page online for all my friends who came to the party...I'll post up the link when I get it done....now that was a fun night! :) too bad it's over....

sweed: congrats on turning 21....i was so glad my 21st wasn't a disappointment....I was afraid I had built it up and was gonna be let down, but it was great.....we had dinner....then hit the clubs....i wore my birthday queen hat and matching sash of course....and then there was the free birthday shots....lol

ohh, sorry. I just noticed that. It's different with this new board software. You have to have the pic on a website somewhere...you can't just attach it to your post. I can't figure how to link to pics in the galleries yet.
Just type the url like so with *NO* spaces in it.

[IMG ] http://members.cox.net/s.wingate/images/blue-suit.jpg [ /IMG]

and it will show like this:

By the way...my original purpose for posting:

my stats are 5'3 and I'm currently 135....my long term goal is to get down to 105-110. I cut out sugar completely from my diet 2 years back and also try and follow a low carb diet....unfortunately, I tend to do only cardio and am trying to get into weight lifting to raise my lbm. suggestions are more than welcome! Thanks!
