5'8 170-175lbs, sculpted from Boxing/Calisthenics...fitness goal is to maintain what I have even though I've had people tell me to add some pounds of muscle(for bodybuilding) because I have a good base to work on, I don't know how much I can bench, deadlift or squat cause my workout is mainly calisthenics like I said.
