Ok so im in the process of losing bodyfat along with my weight routine. My diet looks pretty good but im concerned about whole wheat products, i eat whole weat pancakes, sandwiches and tortillas.

How good or bad is for my diet if im looking o lose body fat? is he same as eating regular bread?.

Lower glycemic carbs will no store as much fat as a high glycemic carbs. If you are going to eat carbs, whole wheat is a good way to go. Oatmeal and brown rice is also good.

Some "Whole wheat" breads aren't exactly whole wheat either.

you have to be careful with "whole wheat" bread. some companies add high fructose corn syrup to it. others call it "wheat" bread when in fact it is not whole wheat.
