WOW! Great thread! congrats all you guys.

I have my first child on the way, and she wriggles around lots if I walk really fast or jump up and down. Maybe that means she will be athletic...lol.
 
I am going to play hooky from work later today to go to the Colorado Rockies opening day at coors field today. I will be hanging with friends I have not seen in a long long time. Like years

I'm in my last semester at Ohio U and am about to get my Bachelors in Buisiness Management. Hopefully in the fall I have enough $ to start Law School up in Case Western Reserve (cleveland)
 
Getting bigger and stronger everyday. Trying to gain around 25grams of muscle a day, while maintaining/losing fat. Ate three REAL food meals this weekend at my girlfriends and it's awesome. Missed class today becasue I can't walk from squats. Might have strep throat, graduating soon.
 
I'm in my last semester and am about to earn a BS in biochemistry. Since I am reasonably frugal and single money shouldn't be a problem for me in this life. At least not anytime soon.

Also, I am treated as an equal by almost everyone I seek help from. My doctor, psychiatrist, dentist, IT guy, professors, etc. all treat me with respect and treat me as an equal because I have an intermediate knowledgable about the stuff they do and a willingness to learn. It makes me feel empowered, like they realize I am competent enough to carry my own weight and educate myself about various subjects. I feel like I am by nature a fighter and will educate myself and seek help from others as equals rather than just rely on other people for advice w/o ever doing the research myself. I feel like I'm in control of my life rather than just floating wherever life takes me is what I'm trying to say.

I'm also starting a weight loss regimin and hope to get down to 230-250 by the end of summer. So far that is working out.
 
Nice job bro, you seem like you have a solid grip on where and how you want to go in life. Best of luck.

So far I'm ahead of schedule w/ reaching my goal of single digit BF% by late spring. When I get up in the morning I can see all 6 abs and obliques real good. By the the afternoon I'm somewhat flat. I'm assuming it's water ret. Anyway, so far so good. Every year it seems to get a little easier. Just a little mind you.
 
I won 8g's at the casino last night, then took everyone i was with (8 total) and bought them all dinner and drinks.

I am thanful for my son, and our good health, and for having a job to where I can be independant....oh and my saddle bags are slowly but surely disappearing....Yeah, life is good! :)
 
My Old Grump and I have made it through some bumpy times and FINALLY light at the end of the tunnel.

We just did our first radio gig that went UNBELIEVABLY well.

We should be closing on our beautiful new home this week.

We have all sorts of plans in motion for my wonderful asshole X <---means salvation for at least my three younger kids.


YEAY!!!!


And I am even more head over heels in love with the most wonderful man on the earth... a little more each day!!! :)

Be greatful I am not there to kick your ass get to the gym woman!















I gots a nice complement at the gym from a man that clearly needs to get his glasses checked he said my arms were awesome. ;) He also made a comment on how strong I was so did this other woman who was waiting for my to finsh with the incline hammer. :D GO ME!

After a month of sleeping with a CPAP mask I feel like a different person. More energy, better mood, more motivation, more witty(if thats possible) etc....

I have made some good friends recently at my gym - real women who actually like to lift weights. I thought I'd never see the day.
