Letrozole and surgery

Trying to clear a small lump with some letro but I have a same day surgery scheduled at the end of the month to get the septum in my nose fixed. Any blood thinning issues while on letro or should I wait until after surgery?

wouldn't risk it personally. is it really bad enough to justify doing that now?

Im going to wait just figure it would be nice to try and clear this lump....i cant lift for a few weeks after surgery so ill just wait until then
