letro for gyno while on ckd diet

last week i started my ckd diet, used the keto stix and found that i was registering ketones in me piss mid tuesday morning ( started monday morning). this week i started a letro regime of 2.5mg ed to treat some gyno that started a few weeks ago (from a tren cycle before christmas and yes i did do a good pct).

now the question i have for you guys is, can letro stop or slow the transition into ketosis?

i have been super strict with my keto diet and only allow trace carbs in things like mayo and baby spinnach leaves which amounts to around 15grams per day.
