A couple of options that have worked for me in the past:

Jog with your daughter while she rides her bike. It's quality time together and great excercise for both of you.

Buy dumbells and an adjustable bench and do your lifting at home. Works great when you're starting back up and not lifting really heavy.

Run or get to the gym during your lunch hour.

Get a tandem kayak or canoe and take your daughter out on weekends. The more physical activity you do together the better you both feel. Plus you're setting a great example for her future.

If she plays soccer, (or other sport) practice with her.

All great ideas. And diet will get you losing more than anything. I lost 30 lbs since August, so it can definitely be done. Congrats on everything, and good luck.

bro life happens , look at the positve side your making money and can afford to eat and train to build a great body.

Wake up make sure she gets to school pack your clothes head for the gym before work.
Or on ethe way home swing by the gym after works while she is at a friends house or baby sitter for a few hours.

You could also take her to the gym!!!!!!
I am serious find a gym that has a dance studio,a ballet teacher or a gymnastics class. She can do her class while you work out .

maybe a ymca? that has swim classes? volley ball classes? or a sport she can join.I know the ymca is not that great but we have one around the corner that isnt to bad.

Even if its just 2-3 days a week its a start .

I forgot one other good one. Sign both of you up for a martial arts class. Great for flexibility and balance and a decent aerobic workout. Plus it'll teach her to defend herself against the teenage boys she'll be dating in 6 years. ;-)

A lot of gyms have activities for kids while the parents work out. Maybe find a local gym that has those programs. Its usually 3 bucks a day so it would cost $12-$15 a week. That sounds fairly reasonable for a fella makin 75k a year.

It's sacrafice bro. If your schedule is full, something else has got to go, plain and simple. We all gave up something for the body.

I hit the gym at 5 am and at lunch twice a day for the past year 32 6' 226 when i started 19 % bf now i'm at 220 and 11 % i felt like shit too but it takes time. My gym has free daycare at lunch and in the afternoon.
