right after im done lifting, I down a shake
40 grams whey, 80 grams cHO.
1.5 hours later , I eat whatever, but it usuall yhas 50 grams protein, and a million carbs .
Pw shake with 50 grams of carbs and 60 grams protein, then an hour or so later 6 or 7 eggs and a cup of oatmeal with olive oil. Sometimes I throw in some sweet tarts for extra dextrose on my way home from the gym. Yum yum.
30 min pre workout=1 scoop whey
imediatly after finish workout=2 scoops whey, creatine, carbs
1 hour later= 8-10oz steak/chicken, salad, milk
(I'm cutting some right now, so I have a lower carb intake)
