they look interesting, and he has a good past...the ads are cheesy as hell though.....but the sister company www.trsdirect.com markets martial arts videos, and they are cheesy to but the martial arts review site gives most of them 90%+
 
I`m on my second week with that program, so I can´t say much at the moment - maybee in 4 weeks i can you tell more. I don´t know the older stuff, so I can´t compare.
 
well I just bought it....hope it's gonna be fun...and hey I got 3 months to evaluate it....and his first program was awesome I loved it...this can only be better right? well....i'll let u know i get it in 2 days
 
Hey German, or anyone that knows, does the Titan training only consist of a four day a week program,
or are there others to choose from as well? Such as a six day a week program and multiple workouts
during the day.

Well I have the first manual with great results. Im in week 6 and love it.

Can you tell us the basics on the new system. Is it basically the same?
 
There is only one program and "A major shift (and key successfactor) in our new programm is the radical shift from training six days a week to training just four."
 
I have tried the version that all of you are talking about, Big Beyond Belief. I gained just under 12 lbs. in a semester of college with no bodyfat increase. If any of you guys have the 4th version could help me out, i would really like to know how if it works. From what i've read on it, it seems like it has the same basic make-up as BBB, but with some twists and changes. If anyone knows anything about it, i'd like to hear.

Natural or on the juice?

Were these gains natural or were you on a cycle at the time? Did you make any other changes other than the workout, diet, etc?

One more question. How many weeks long is the whole program? Do you think it is necessary to stay on it for the whole duration. Thanks again.

Just ate more food.

I did exactly what the program called for. You should stay on it for the full 16 weeks.

week12-16 is supposed to make you grow like nuts! And guess what? Reps are like 20-30 for the first ramp on that phase.
 
I used his manual from the early 90's (the Bulagraian training system). I gained 35 pounds in 8 months using that system. All natural. I was 160 when I started and I weighed 195 when I was done. There is no doubt the guy has good training methods. I just ordered his Titan Program, so I will post more when I get it.

well hey guys.....i got it today...just finished reading the book.....well I got to say it looks awesome.....I'm gonna get it scanned and online real soon.....hopefully within the next couple days.....so my bros can see it......I can see it work.....but god damn it'll kill ya :) naw looks fun i tried the monday workout today...and it was nice.....quick fun and kicked my ass.....well i'll let yall know peace
