lenghten your bicep

Genetics are a huge factor, BUT you can stress your lower biceps, thus making them seem longer by using certain exercises.

Preacher curls have always seemed to help me out.

You should try shortening the bone.

I broke my arm, it healed crooked. I had to have surgery to re-break it and plate it. It is now a little shorter then my other arm, but the bicep muscle looks much bigger - it is almost 3/4" bigger around. Triceps looks good also, but I look very uneven when I flex them both at the same time.
