Legs

Today I decided it was time to lower the weight and speed up the ROM on the box squats. I blasted through them quickly. :)

Box Squats - 315 - 5X5
Zerchers - 135 - 10X2
SLDL - 155 - 10X2

No cardio. Workout lasted 35 minutes. But isn't that cardio? :rolleyes:
 
its cardio if your heartrate is up & your workin at about 75% of your max... if you have to take breaks to load and unload the bar-- heart rate goes down-- its anerobic.
 
No calves;) good work on the box squats. You keep gaining this fast it is gonna take me a feew weeks to get there. I am really hitting a wall with 8rep sets on squats, good pain but i never thought 8 reps woiuld take so long:rolleyes:

No. I knew you say that. :D 8 reps seems like a distant memory on squats. I'm getting faster though. :rolleyes:
