Legs...Throw up

Does anyone ever feel like they are going to throw up after doing legs?
I don't work my legs that much...which i should, but anyway, after i do work legs i feel like i am going to puke. does it ever get better?
 
Everytime I do legs I get the same thing. I have to wait an hour after training before I will attempt to drink my protein.
 
i threw up about 2 months ago from doing high rep/high weight squats. normally i do get that gagging feeling though.

You know, I used to throw up on every leg workout. Haven't thrown up regularly for a couple years. I'm still intense, and probably have the best workouts of my life, but I think that I know my body better now and am able to skate close to the edge without going off...

Besides, it's hard enough to get the calories you need without puking them all out... lol...

I'm suprised it's just after you work legs. I used to do a couple sets, go puke, and go back for more... ah, the good ol' days...
 
I feel like puking after every leg workout too. Thank god for protien shakes, I cant stomach anything else post leg workout...

Squats and leg presses are the exercises that make me toss my cookies...I've learned to take longer rests between sets,and keep the rep range low (7-10) to avoid puking. I know it takes away the intensity a little, but the increases do come for me...
 
LOL I never puked but I swear I almost "got off" one time while doing extensions. Might sound pretty stupid and perverse but its no joke...... maybe it was that hot ass girl bending over in front of me...really though I had to stop and go back to do presses and squats. Weird heh??
 
havent puked but ive felt nauseous. take tums when this happes- it helps
 
never puked after legs day but always feel as if I was about to puke and my heart beats so fast I feel like I'm gonna die!! it's a sign of good intensity training
 
I always feel like I am going to blast after a hard leg day.
 
I passed out a couple of times after legs, not completely passed out but everything goes black for a few secs. I've only thrown up once from leg work out.

LOL, so true. I've puked a couple times in the last couple months and all I could think about was AHHHHH MY PROTEIN.

Hmmm....

No puking, but I'm doing hack squats and keep the weight on the lighter side so I don't blow out my knees.

I do regularly get blurred vision while squatting and feel lightheaded when I rack the weights. I have naturally low blood pressure, so I think it's the spiking BP dropping that makes me lightheaded. When a serious BP drop happened when I sprained my ankle a few years back, I got seriously nausous. Perhaps that's what causes it.
