I think the rules should be required reading before allowing these one post wonders. Maybe even make them take a test on line to show they have read them. Some people are to stupid for words.

To buy a pistol in California you have to pass a test that shows you are not stupid. I was going to buy a pistol from a pawn shop and didn't have the little card that shows I passed the test. I got the booklet, it's only a few pages, and went out to my car to read it. Came back in and took the test. The people that graded it came out to look at me because I was the only person that got 100 percent on it. I told this to a friend of mine that worked at a gun store. He pulled out a bunch of them and put two piles on the counter. One pile was the people that passed and the other was the pile of the people that failed. The pile of failed tests was about twice as high as the people that passed. There are a bunch of really stupid people out there!!!

In the old days if you were to stupid you died. Modern society has changed that. Just watch the movie Idiocracy.
