legal to send vitamin injections

hello i am in a country wehre steroids are legal.I want to send some anabolic steroids(sust and deca,winny) to my freind in u.s.I was thinking of removing the sustand deca labels and sticking on a neurbion(vitamin B-12) label on them.

SO I WANT TO KNWO IF IT IS LEGAL TO SEND VITAMIN INJECTIONS TO
U.S.A??
