well this was pathetic. i lost so much strength in the 2 years i took off, its quite depressing. I did 195 for 5x5 on squats. the did 360 on the incline leg press for 3x8. i was quite pooped after that so i didnt do calf raises or leg curls. hopefuly next workout ill have the energy to do the other 2 exercises.
