Leg training

What everyone's view on training legs low reps 6-12 or high reps say 15-30 ? I prefer heavy low rep for quads/calves after light weight warm ups but I prefer light high rep for hamstrings
 
Do both. Switch every 6 to 8 weeks between heavy low and higher rep.
 
I get the most growth from 12-15 on quads and 20-25 on hams.
 
Calves i do 10 sets of pretty much 25 reps, 15 weighted 10 regular superseted. so 25 reps works for me with calves.
