Leg routine...

Hello ladies..
I was just wondering if anyone has a really good leg routine cause mine is just not gettin me any results..

leg workout pllllleeease!

Need a good, thorough leg workout. Squats and lunges aren't cutting them up enough. More weight, less reps? Helllp!
 
Here's mine if you want something else to attempt:

Squats, 1 warmup, then 50% of your 1rm for 10 reps, then 75% of your 1rm for 10 reps, then 90% of your 1rm til failure.

Leg extensions, 70% of 1rm til failure, 80% of 1rm til failure, 90% of 1rm til failure

SLDL, 60% of 1rm for 8 reps, 70% of 1rm for 8 reps, 80% of 1rm til failure.

This rips me up pretty good.

Yeah, but are you sure you're REALLY giving 100%???

You'd be amazed what you can do when you just force your body past the pain - I'm still learning this - I'm sure I'll always be learning this. Try doing 20 - 30 reps with a weight you are sure you can only do 12 with. THAT'S intensity. If necessary, do breathing reps, where you take a few breaths between lifts/reps.

I actually do 2-3 sets of squats [first two being heavy/low reps, third being moderate weight/high reps]

2 sets of front squats [4-8 rep range]

then 2 sets of SLDL's [stiff leg deadlifts] both heavy within 4-8 rep range.

that'y my thigh workout :)
 
Spatts, it kicks my ass pretty well, i'm also natty, were i juicing right now, i'd probably up the volume, but when you are doing 90% of your 1rm til failure, you will be sore.
