if i do squats and leg presses in the same day, i had always done squats first, then leg presses. tonight, some asshole was doing shrugs in the power rack, so i did leg presses first. went pretty heavy, 6-8 reps. after 3 sets, i went onto squats. i did 1 warmup set, and put on the big pundages. wtf?!?!?!?!! it was soo light. in what i usually can do 10 reps, i was doing 18-20. unbelievable. i know i haven't gotten that much stronger in 4 days. next time i go in, im going for the PR.
