Lean mass while minimizing fat?

When on a cycle such as var only at 30 mg for 6-8 weeks and trying to gain LBM, and keep fat gain to absolute minimum or even lose fat, what would be the best supps to take. I was thinking alcar, green tea extract, and caffeine. Any other supplements that could potentially allow you to lose fat while gaining muscle if diet is super clean? I am not talking about dropping a ton of fat, but instead maybe 3-5 lbs over the 6-8 weeks. Is this possible? How much cardio should be added in? I was thinking 2-3 days a week at a low intensity.
 
It's not so much in 'what' supplements you take, moreso in what your diet looks like. Avoid sugars and saturated fats and you'll put on very little fat while bulking.
 
Perhaps worry about mass for another cycles unless your goal is mass gain, which in that case, you should be on something in addition to var-test?, Deca?

I'm on a var cycle of 40mg ed. I am dieting fairly strict and am definitely in caloric deficit. I have lost size, not so much strength, but a lot of fat. I only started doing cardio this week so I lost a lot of fat through diet alone. I look 1000 times better but smaller-you have to give to take. Depending on how much food you take in you could grow with anavar and still lose some fat-just keep the diet very strict in terms of sugars, fats, no carbs at night,high protein, etc. Most importantly keep your expectations low-its hard to gain and lose at the same time.

If you want to get ripped you have to sacrifice some muscle. I'm planning on getting absolutley shredded then bulking-something I should have done last time.
 
well I am already 180 at 9% BF, so I don't have that much fat on my body. Also I am not trying to gain more then 10lbs. I would be happy if I gained 8 lbs, and dropped 3 lbs of fat. My diet is super clean so theres no worrries there, I just thought I have been reading var helps burn visceral fat, while allowing you to build muscle. Not a lot of muscle, but I am not looking to gain a ton because thats just not what I want.
 
Understanding the details of nutrition can be a very powerful weapon and have
drug-like effects.

I believe that by increasing your calories a bit, primarily to match your increased expenditure from training and to supply additional nutrients, adjusting your macronutrient ratios to maximize hypertrophy and use stored fat for energy and adding in Oxandrolone to enhance nutrient uptake and lypolysis should work well in your scenario.

Something like 55-65% Protein, 25-30% Carbs and 15-25% Fats.

buy 7-keto powder from bulk nutrition and trandemal matrix. i apply 7-keto 200mg transdemaly ed. it works great
 
yohimburn is Yohimbine based product, its good for cutting. but it will not serve your purpose, it site specific. 7-keto is known to minize fat storage while bulking.
 
I know its good for cutting but so is 7-keto, and Alcar, so won;t that the yohimbine help release the fat and then the var and the alcar will help utilize that fat for energy?

FlaxOil, Omega-3 EFA, Vit C 1000MG, L-Carnitine, DNP (be sure you know what the fuck you're doing!)
 
no dnp for me. If I lost 10 lbs of fat it would be bad news. I only wanna lose a little. Anything else?

High protein, moderate complex carb diet.

Shed excess water via diuretics or there are natural supplements @ GNC for that.

Yohimburn @ anabolicfitness.com will tighten up loose skin and excess water in your abs.

theres no point in sheddding excess water because I can't maintain that look. I am trying to reduce this BF so I will only have to do this one cycle to build muscle without gaining fat like I do naturally and then maintain for along time.
