When on a cycle such as var only at 30 mg for 6-8 weeks and trying to gain LBM, and keep fat gain to absolute minimum or even lose fat, what would be the best supps to take. I was thinking alcar, green tea extract, and caffeine. Any other supplements that could potentially allow you to lose fat while gaining muscle if diet is super clean? I am not talking about dropping a ton of fat, but instead maybe 3-5 lbs over the 6-8 weeks. Is this possible? How much cardio should be added in? I was thinking 2-3 days a week at a low intensity.
