Hey, I am about to run my second cycle. My first cycle was 12 weeks of Test E, I gained 22 lbs and have kept 16 and that cycle was over a year ago. I have been training for 5 years now. I am 5'9 185 lbs and around 11% bf.
I am looking to start a another cycle in the next 2 weeks. My goal is to gain about 10-15 of lean mass ( I know it depends on your diet mostly) but I want to have a nice dry look. I also want to lose 4-5% bf. The max I can run a cycle is 8 weeks. So on hand I have prop, tren ace, dbol, eq and winny.
What would be the best cycle to run over 8 weeks and if diet and training is in check are my goals realistic? Thank a lot guys.
