Hey guys, it's been a while since I posted. Im going to be starting a new cycle in a few weeks. I want to get a bit leaner but also gain some mass.
I'm 25 years old, 14% bf, 205lbs been training for a long time. My diet is super clean. Im trying to cut right now, so my diet is:
Breakfast - 9 egg whites, 1 cup oats, 1/4 cup blueberries
930am - 7oz extra lean turkey burger, spring green salads, balsamic vinegar, red skin potatoe
12:00pm - 7oz chicken breast, 8oz yam, cup of broccoli
3:00pm - 7oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice
6:00pm - 8oz sole fish, 4oz veggies
9:00pm - 9 egg whites with salsa
Training: cardio 5 days a week fasted, weights 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.
Previous cylces: 1.) 500mg test e 4 weeks 2.) teste 500mg, deca 300mg, dbol(4 weeks 30mg day)
New cycle: sustanon, tren, primo/eq or ???????
I will also be running 2iu of hydrotropin daily (5 on 2 off) for the next 5-6 months.
Let me know what you guys suggest. I want to have a 6 pack for a cruise that Im going on in 2 months. I struggle to get my bf down even with a clean diet and 5 day a week cardio.
